Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard USA Shipping: 5-10 business days
International Shipping 10-15+ business days
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship internationally for most products.
International shipping is not available for certain products at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Emotional Badass is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or contact the carrier for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at production@emotionalbadass.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will replace the item or provide a refund as needed.

Changes to Shipping Address
